You will be joined by people all around the world who are interested in creating a more balanced, healthy and inspired life.

About the Experience

To give you an idea of what to expect, here’s the lay of the land:

  • Four live sessions (2.5 hours each) using Zoom video conferencing.
    • Phone dial-in numbers (in US) are available if you have poor internet access.
    • Recordings will be available if you are unable to attend some of the live sessions.
  • Participate as much or as little as you like. Each session will have space for group sharing and Q & A.
  • We will also provide a Facebook discussion group.
    • If you currently do not have a Facebook account (and do not want to stay on Facebook), you can create a temporary account just for this course and cancel when you have completed the course.

What You’ll Need

  • A quiet and focused place to work while on the sessions.
  • A reliable internet connection.
  • A journal or notebook for writing notes and doing the exercises for the course.
  • A laptop/desktop computer or tablet (ideally), but there are apps to tune in via your phone as well.
    • We are using Zoom Meetings for the online sessions. When you join the sessions with a Mac or PC, you will be prompted to install the Zoom software.
    • If you will be using an iPhone/iPad or Android device, install the Zoom Meetings app using the links below.
  • Access to a printer.
    • There are a few PDF handouts which include the course outline and worksheets that will need to be printed out prior to the workshop.
    • If you don’t have a printer, you can usually print from your local library.
